Jyn Odan

Today I will show you my first painted rebel figure from imperial assault!
Jyn Odan is a great looking model and it was realy fun to paint her, especially here flight jacket!
I used fire dragon bright to paint the jacket orange, and i think I did the model right and even the face turned out ok.

I have now played the game for the first time and its a great board game!

Imperial Royal Guards

Hello again.

This week I will show you some pictures of my Royal Guards to Imperial Assault board game.
As last week I have been inspired by Sorastro´s panting guide on Youtube to paint my guards.
I think the guards turned out ok... but I might have used a little to much wash.

Imperial Officer

Here are the next painted group of miniatures to my Imperial Assault Board Game!
This time its the imperial officers turn to show up.
As in my last post with the imperial probe droids I have been looking at Sorastro´s painting series on Youtube and I find it hard not to follow his great painting steps.

Here is the link. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=twWddr1YTsA

The hard part with painting the imperial officers I think is the face.
And I´m not totaly happy how the face turned out.... what do you think?

Imperial Probe Droids

Im finaly done with the first three miniatures to my Imperial Assault board game.
I desided to paint the imperial probe droids first and use the painting tips from Sorastro´s painting guide on youtube.  Here is a link. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-WPJ1r8ztLo
The painting guide was a great help and I will use it on my next bach of miniatures too.

Hope you all like the probe droids!

Bamboo Forest

Hi!
In this post I will show you all how I made my bamboo terrain.
First I made a order of a pack of 100 plastic bamboo trees from Ebay.

Then I cut out some bases in thin mdf with a powersaw

I sanded down the edges and added some Vallejo grey pumice to the bases.

Painted the bases with Vallejo game color Tierra Earth 062

Applied some static grass flock to the bases

Glues some Oregano to the bases and drilled some holes into the bases for the plastic bamboo trees to fit.

And here are the finished bases.

I hope you all like my little tutorial.

Japanese Corprals

After changed miniatures wargame rules from Bolt Action to Chain of Command I noticed that in my Japanese army I need four Corprals in one Platoon, one for each section of men.
To make them different then the rest of the men I decided to put caps on them insted of helmets and I even tryed to paint collar rank insignia on them.....

Now when I have painted this four miniatures I can get back to building more jungle terrain!

Sayōnara!
