Wooden Boxes

A few weeks back i started to build a warehouse out of balsa wood, and in a warehouse you will neeed some boxes to make the warehouses look right.

I now you can buy small MDF boxes from Sally 4th, but they cost 3£ for 4 of them and thats is a little to expensive for me...

Soo i desided to make my own from balsa wood and some lavando vallejo wash.

 

 

 

This boxes didnt cost me anything for a did have all the material at home :)

 

Hope this can be some help for you if you want to make your own boxes.

The Swat Team is here

Hi

As you now i have a nice MDF swat van but no swat team to use with it.... but now the problem is solved.
Got my swat team this week in the mail from Offensive Miniatures.
Its a 8 men swat team and when i opened the box i noticed that i got a swat team leader as a gift from Offensive Miniatures.

 

 

 

Here you have all the minis and the free swat team leader... Thanks Offensive Miniatures! :)

Main Character 2.

Here is one more great fig from Hasselfree Miniatures, this badass dude is HFA037 Harby.
This cool models will be played by me in the coming zombie apocalypse campagn.

The Main Characters

Last year i made a order from Hasselfree Miniatures.
In that order was three miniatures, this miniatures will be the main characters in my zombie apocalyse.
The first on up is Sadie (b) HFA020 from Hasselfree Miniatures.

This lovely model comes with three arm options, assault rifle, shootgun, and katana.
But what weapon would i choose?
This time the answer was easy, because my girl friend Emma is going to play this model and she is a big fan of michonne in the Walking Dead series.

 

I have to say that i am pretty happy with the paint job on this model :)

Swat Van

Today i have some pictures of my cool swat van from Knights Models.
The swat van is made from laser cut mdf, the scale for the van is for 35mm models soo its a little on the big side for 28mm.
All the text on the van is pre cut so all you have to do is fill the letters with paint.
A swat van with no swat team is not OK, Soo i have orderd a swat team from Offensive Miniatures to go with it.

As you can see.... the van is a little to big.

 

 

 

 

 

 

If the cop´s in my city get into much trouble they can always call in the swat team ;)

All a can say ... dont shoot at the cop´s.

Shipping Containers

Got this lovely shipping containers a few weeks back, and as you can see the containers are for the Batman miniatures game but i think the scale is spot on.

 

 

 

 

 

You can open and close the containers to :)

Cop Car

I have been looking for a nice American cop car for a long time now, and finally i found one 1:43 scale cop car at a Swedish model car store on the net.
And the price was not to high...around 10£
The Police car is a bit big but still it looks great.

Zombie Girls in the Park

Last week i got a box of zombie vixens from Wargames Factory, and i could not help but paint three of them right away :)

 

This girls is not the kind of girls you what to take home after a long night of drinking ;)

Zombies in the Park 2

Today is the day for one more test game of my zombie apocalypse game... its a mix of own rules and some rules from ATZ.

But first i have promised you one more group of zombies in the park.

Zombies in the Park

Me and my friends Peter and Tim had a test game two weeks ago of my Zombie Apocalypse game rules.
One thing we noticed was that i had to few painted zombies.
So thats why i have painted my first three new zombies of this year.

 

 

 

I will try to post one more group of zombies before the next test game this friday.

Encounter Cards

Back in May 2014 i received my copy of Colgar6´s Event deck from the US.
It was a realy fine deck of cards and i was inspired to try to make me one for my self.
I contacted Colgar6´s and asked him to send me his powerpoint file so that i could use his master.
But i didn´t manage to resize his master powerpoint file to suite my needs so i did my own master card file.

The one thing i could use was the picture front of his Event cards.

So i change the name to Encounter!

 

I printed out the cards on my laser printer and used a glue stick to put them together.

 

 

After the card have dryed i trimed off the white edges.

 

 

I used a laminating machine to make the the cards more durable.

 

 

The card to the right is Colgar6´s card, and to the left is my card.

 

I have not desided the exact ratio on how many zombie vs civilian cards that will be used yet.

But it depends on what day you are in, during the apocalypse.

 

You might have noticed that there is a card there with the name special encounters....

When you draw that card you will draw a card from a special deck of cards.

In that deck there will be cops, survivors, gangsters,zombie horde and more, depending on what day it is during the zombie apocalypse.
